The goal of The Harvest is to create opportunities for each person to become a Wholly Devoted Passionate Follower of Jesus Christ (WDPF). To do this well, we have designed our Small Group Ministry or MOB (Meeting of Believers) groups around the passion of the group leader and centered upon our core values and applied values.

Meetings of Believers (MOB), our Small Group Ministry, is a vital part of the ministry and heart of The Harvest.  MOB groups are designed to create opportunities for building and cultivating Biblical relationships because we believe that it is in the context of relationships that spiritual growth takes place. 

Our Master Plan of Intentional Discipleship and Personal Growth is focused on a four phase curriculum where each individual can evaluate their spiritual progress. The phases are: Wholly, Devoted, Passionate and Follower.  In each phase, there are a set of initiatives. For examples, in the first phase (wholly), there are several initiatives which must be adhered to in the process of becoming a whole person. Some of those initiatives are: salvation, baptism, and dealing with the issues that impede our spiritual progress. For the latter; we have introduced Cleansing Stream- a course and retreat designed to assist individuals to deal with their issues.

At The Harvest, we believe that discipleship and personal growth is the key to a healthy and vibrant spiritual life. We are committed to providing an atmosphere where you can engage Christ and develop your Christian walk through multiple avenues.
