Adventure is calling, and you won’t want to miss it! This year at Vacation Bible School, we’re diving into an unforgettable journey with Kingdom Quest—a fun-filled, high-energy week where kids will discover what it means to follow Jesus and live as part of His Kingdom!

Kids will be divided into groups by last completed grade and spend their day playing games, singing songs, making crafts, eating snacks, and being inspired to practice spiritual truths that will bring them closer to Jesus.

When do I drop off and pick up my child each day?

The doors open at 8:45 am each day. An adult must check in children each day. Kids cannot check themselves in or out by themselves. VBS ends each day at 12:30 pm. The adult picking up the child(ren) must have the 4-digit security code you provided at registration. More information will be provided closer to the start of VBS.

What if I made a mistake on my registration?

If you made a mistake on your registration, please email us at hkids@the-harvest.org with your registration details.

Do you provide snacks?

Yes, there will be snacks. A list of snacks provided each day will be emailed prior to the start of VBS. If your child has allergies, please provide an alternative snack for him/her.

Can I stay at the church during VBS?

For the safety of the children in VBS, every adult onsite at the start of VBS at 8:45am through 12:30 pm each day needs to be background checked. We invite you to volunteer with us to experience VBS with your child. Register here to volunteer!

Can friends/siblings in different grades be in the same group?

No. We group kids by the grade they are entering in the Fall of 2026. This helps kids make new friends with their peers and ensures an age-appropriate, safe learning environment.

What support is available at VBS if my child has special needs?

If your child needs extra care, please let us know so we can follow up with you. If your child needs to bring their own care provider, please have that provider register as a volunteer and complete a background check. He or she will have to attend one of our training meetings so they know what to anticipate.
