WELCOME TO THE BEST WEEK OF THE YEAR!
Harvest Church VBS 2025
VBS is a weeklong experience for kids like no other! In five fun-packed days, students who've completed 5K through 5th grade will encounter a powerful experience of love and grace through fantastic storytelling, adrenaline-fueled games, creatively inspired crafts, high-energy songs, all while growing closer to God and making lifelong friendships.
THIS YEAR'S THEME:

Actions speak louder than words, right? Through our Live it Out VBS, your kids will not only hear about Jesus’ love but also learn to express that love through their actions. By the end of VBS, they’ll walk away with tangible ways to love like Jesus and live like Jesus, by praying, loving, serving, forgiving and showing simple acts of kindness.
MONDAY, JULY 14 – FRIDAY, JULY 18 | 9a-12p

What should my kids wear?
Please have your child wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes each day to VBS.

When do I drop off and pick up my child each day?
The doors open at 8:45 am. each day. An adult must check in children each day. Kids cannot check themselves in or out by themselves. VBS ends each day at 12:00 pm. The adult picking up the child(ren) must have the 4-digit security code you provided at registration. More information will be provided closer to the start of VBS.
What if I made a mistake on my registration?
If you made a mistake on your registration, please email us at hkids@the-harvest.org with your registration details.
Do you provide snacks?
Yes, there will be snacks. A list of snacks provided each day will be emailed prior to the start of VBS. If your child has allergies, please provide an alternative snack for him/her.
Can I stay at the church during VBS?
For the safety of the children in VBS, every adult onsite at the start of VBS at 9:00 am through 12:00 pm each day needs to be background checked. We invite you to volunteer with us to experience VBS with your child. Register here to volunteer!
Can friends/siblings in different grades be in the same group?
No. We group kids by the grade they are entering in the Fall of 2024. This helps kids make new friends with their peers and ensures an age-appropriate, safe learning environment.
What support is available at VBS if my child has special needs?
If your child needs extra care, please let us know so we can follow up with you. If your child needs to bring their own care provider, please have that provider register as a volunteer and complete a background check. He or she will have to attend one of our training meetings so they know what to anticipate.
